2 more weeks left to upgrade your VCP 3
Two weeks left to became VCP 4 (if you are already VCP).

=======================================================================
UPDATE:
Notice: Due to overwhelming demand, existing VCP3 professionals will be able to obtain the VCP4 certification with no additional course requirement through January 31st, 2010
==========================================================================
You still have two more weeks to try to pass VCP 4 exam as an upgrade for your existing VCP 3 certification. After the 1st January 2010, you’ll have to go and sit VMware class again…
Would be shame not to take a chance. Look at my VCP page, to give you the encouragement and force to go for it. I know it’s not easy do decide, and that it’s much more hard exam apparently than the VCP 3, but I did it. And I’m not considering myself as a genius…. Just self study guy… -:)
Yes the VCP 3 was apparently a bit easier… (I don’t know, because I jumped into the wagon a bit later on). But that what’s I heard here and there..
So you have 2 more weeks to take the Fast Track way…. and also you have the possibility to have a Second Shot (until December 31, 2009)!!!
- If you are currently a VCP on VMware Infrastructure 3
- Take and pass the VCP on vSphere 4 exam. This option will only be available until December 31, 2009. Beginning in 2010, VCPs on VI3 must attend the VMware vSphere 4: What’s New class in order to upgrade.
Also, as I just spotted on Eric’s blog:
at March 31, 2010, VMware will discontinue offering the VCP3 test, and no new VCP3 certifications will be granted.
That’s actually a bit longer than planed by VMware, because still many customers are running their Virtual infrastructure on a VI 3, so it’s only a logical step from VMware to make the VI 3 certifications last further …
