I had to change the comment system on the Website
I had a trouble with the default Wordpress comment system. Few of my fellow bloggers has told me about this issue. When someone wanted to post comment, it actually worked, I was notified, but the person which posted the comment just received a blank page – so no confirmation. Quite anoying. I tried to fixed it with 2 updates of Wordpress. I’m running now the newest build 2.8.4 and it’s stable.
So the comment system is now “externalized” to DISQUS, which is an free online comment system, which integrates seamlesly to your Wordpress. I must say that I’m using the old plug-in, not the newest one. The newest plugin can’t activate. There is might be a compatibility issues with the version of Wordpress I’m using.
You can easily integrate DISCUS with other online services like Twitter or Facebook too…
