New video from VMwareTV for SMBs

New video of promotion from VMwareTV is presented by Kendrick Coleman. It’s destined for SMBs, by putting accent on VMware Essentials plus version with VDR – VMware Data Recovery – backup solution by VMware present in the Essentials Plus version.

No more backup to unreliable tapes, which needs to be changed every year or two. Substantial economies on electricity, rack space and and reduction of the CO2 footprint.

80 users and 14 servers – a small environement but a lot of overhead with Tape backups, upgrading hardware late at night, the room temperature in the server room had to be kept down ( the servers produce some heat..), and also the UPS running at 80 % of the capacity.. Then, they virtualized 10 servers…. a relief for them..-:)
