Nice to have Ware – RVTools – updated to 2.7.1
RVTools – a great little application has been updated few days ago.
RVTools is a small .NET 2.0 application which uses the VI SDK to display information about your virtual machines.
Rob de Veij has updated and added some new features to this “Nice to have Ware” tool for VMware vSphere 4.
What’s new:
- You can now see the storage wasted by zombie VMs, VMDKs, templates and snapshots. See this on vHealth tab.
- RVTools now use a separate thread to collect information from datastores since it can make some time to complete .
- The default percentage value of “free datastore capacity” is changed from 10% to 15%.
You can connect to an individual ESX host or to a vCenter Server.
