VEEAM Backup and Replication 4.0 will come up soon
VEEAM backup and Replication will be released soon.
As i saw on the VEEAM forums there will be new version of VEEAM Backup and Replication software available in the near futue. RTM in Q3 and final version in Q4.

- automatically fail over to network mode
- Backup storage disk space monitoring
- Full backup every N cycle
- Disk exclusion for replication jobs.
- VM exclusion.
- Multiple job creation wizard enhancements
- Change backup and replica destinations on existing jobs
- Disable jobs
- Customize VM attribute used to store backup results
- Perform Windows file-level restore directly to running Windows guests
