VMware’s GO is a free product that can be quite interesting for SMB market, since it gives you the possibility to download ESXi (free version of VMware bare metal hypervisor), install it, configure it, then you can create new VMs, do a P2V (physical to virtual conversions of your servers), download VMs, and manage ESXi servers and VMs once up and running.
