Paragon Software offers PAT for free till the end of June. The PAT tool I already reported in one of my previous posts, is part of some Paragon's products, like HD manager Pro (get free trial) or HD manager server, helps you corectly align your partitions.
The tool is available as a download for x32, x64 bit versions of Windows systems or even as a Bootable Linux ISO image (you must execute the exe first to build the ISO and then burn it to a CD) ….
What do you have to do to get it? You must register at the Paragon's website, then you'll receive an e-mail with the download links. In this free White Paper you'l be able to read the explanation in details how PAT helps you to deal with misaligned systems.

Misaligned partitions problem is even more important for SSD drives than for traditional hard disk drives. Many modern SSD drives have an internal memory page size 4096 bytes or larger accordingly to 4K size, which are some analogue for 4K sectors. Thus all previously mentioned problems are the same
for SSD partitions alignment.
