Tripwire has announced a new management product called vWire
Tripwire is not new to me. I already know the free tools : OpsCheck and ConfigCheck. OpsCheck which helps me that the systems are configured to support VMware VMotion . The OpsCheck freeware is on my Top 10 freeware tools. It rapidly analyses ESX 3.0, 3.5, and ESXi hypervisors and whows you what’s wrong. There is also ConfigCheck, which helps ensure VMware environments are properly configured, a recommended and essential first step when deploying and virtualizing additional servers.
vWire is new management product which helps you monitor your Virtual Infrastructure running under VMware.
vWire has the ability to monitor in a way that is traditionally limited to the physical world, intelligently correlatethis data, and take action to help you automate your environment.
