VCDX Boot Camp – New book by VMware Press

The holy grail of VMware certifications – VCDX. Who would not want to became VCDX? But not everyone can, because the knowledge and experience you need before trying to pass this ultimate VMware certification exam is just too demanding and only few hundreds people worldwide are actually VCDX certified.  Before pretending for a VCDX, the journey is long, starting by passing the VCP and VCAP exams first…. This is the first step. Now with the new VMware certification roadmap, any VCP level exam qualifies you to sit any VCAP exam. In addition you can inherit for example VCP-DCV if you pass the VCAP-CID if you passed the VCP-Cloud as your first VCP based exam.

You can check my post about the new VMware certification roadmap. The newly released book by VMware Press will help candidates who pretend on the VCDX title, to prepare for the defense panel. Each of the candidates has to defend their design, which part of the exam.

The book's authors are John Yani Arrasjid (VCDX 001), Ben Lin (VCDX 045) and Mostafa Khalil (VCDX 002). Mostafa Khalil is author of Storage Design and Implementation in vSphere 5.0.
